Wayne and Carolee Maxwell have worked together as a husband-wife team in a number of public schools across the state of Oklahoma; Wayne as a school administrator and Carolee as an administrative assistant. Carolee attended East Central University and Oklahoma College for Women and has owned her own business. Wayne, whose articles have been published in the Washington Post, holds Masters Degrees from East Central University and the University of Oklahoma. Now retired from public school education, he currently contracts with various education agencies and frequently speaks to teacher and student organizations. The parents of a son, a daughter and two grand-daughters, the Maxwell's live near Norman, Oklahoma.
